Adjunct Faculty
Fred Isaacs has been an adjunct professor at Marylhurst for seven years, designing and teaching courses both on-site and on-line with the graduate and undergraduate business departments. He is an attorney and owner of Jurisconsult, LLC, a legal consulting firm devoted to arbitration, mediation, general business law, and federal civil appeals. His practice has focused largely on assisting other lawyers with complex federal appeals, primarily in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and, to a lesser extent, before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Isaacs is a member of the Indiana (inactive) and Oregon State Bars as well as the Bars of the Supreme Court of the United States; the United States Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits; and the United States District Courts for the District of Oregon and both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mr. Isaacs holds degrees from the University of the State of New York, Ball State University, and the University of Notre Dame.
