Dr. Fisher-Lewis’ primary focus has been on management and leadership. She also has expertise in conflict management, motivational techniques, strategic planning, coaching and training. She is currently the Executive Manager of Investigations with the Compliance and Practice Oregon State Board of Nursing. There she manages a team of 19 employees and is responsible for policy and procedure development, investigations, training, determining investigation protocol, discipline presentation to the board, employee hiring, retention, and development. Additionally, she focuses on program development, legislative concepts, and budgeting.
