Mr. Blagg’s professional experience includes several years of financial experience as a trader, analyst, and portfolio manager. He has experience with discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, developing pro forma financial statements, sales projections and accretion/dilution M&A modeling.
In addition to his financial expertise, Mr. Blagg also possesses several years of online instructing experience teaching numerous undergraduate and graduate-level finance courses. He is NASD Series 7 & formerly Series 3, Series 55, and Series 63 licensed.
