Dr. Espiritu has twelve years of professional experience in procurement and strategic sourcing program management, spanning all stages of the product life cycle. He also has five years comprehensive experience in all aspects of manufacturing (direct labor to management) with a world-class consumer electronics company. Additionally, he has experience in designing and implementing an ISO 9002 compliant quality system and over fifteen years of leadership experience guiding diverse groups of individuals towards common goals.
His areas of expertise include class instruction, communication, strategic sourcing, leadership, process development and project management.
