Online Certificate in Real Estate Studies
The online Certificate in Real Estate Studies is a five course (25 credit hours) certificate program offered as an alternative to the accelerated online Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies degree.
Students completing the online certificate program will develop professional competencies in real estate valuation, finance and investment, property management and real estate sales.
Certificate students will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of basic economics, technical business applications, regulatory/industry trends, and practices in real estate.
- Implement effective communication skills necessary to apply modern industry terms and their definitions that are essential to all real estate disciplines.
- Understand the impact of market trends on real estate.
- Understand basic real estate financial markets and financing methods; develop a working knowledge of regulatory and professional requirements related to real estate financing.
