New online real estate student applications are accepted continuously throughout the year. There are four enrollment start times annually. To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Applicant must have an Associate's degree or 50 quarter hours of transferable credit from a regionally accredited college or university. Applicants entering with 50 quarter credits must have completed a college-level writing course or will be required to submit a writing sample for evaluation.
- Official transcripts from all accredited higher education institutions attended
- Undergraduate application and $40 application fee
- GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher
